Rehabilitation and Performance

It can't be emphasized enough how important it is to ensure complete rehabilitation after any injury. Too often in the clinic we see injuries that are a secondary effect of an original injury.  Did you know the biggest risk factor for getting injured is if you have had a previous injury?

 

The aims of rehabilitation therefore are to make you better than you were before the injury occurred and in doing so correct predisposing risk factors.  This means you finish your treatment stronger, with superior movement efficiency and higher levels of performance.

 

We are able to provide personalized Rehabilitation programs ranging from home based and gym programs to supervised individual and small group programs.  Supervised programs may also be performed online.  Exercise programs incorporate a range of disciplines from Physiotherapy exercises to Pilates and traditional Strength and Conditioning activities to help you be your best.
