Running Analysis

A Running Analysis is a comprehensive assessment process to enhance your running technique. 

 

The analysis involves a detailed history of your running and other sport experience, running goals, injury and medical history and current training loads.   Your running technique is videoed and a musculoskeletal screening performed.   

This information is then summarized into a report with recommendations for improving running economy and addressing any issues.  Beneficial to those with running related injuries or who are keen to improve performance.
